We were so sad about Shanie heading off to college....Nate is already gone...well he is in Costa Rica but goes back to BYU and sad about summer ending and we wanted to get our last taste of
summer in so we drove at night to Bennington Lake to swim in the dark! We swam to the middle of the lake.....hey you weren't there....it was probably the middle....and floated on our backs and looked at the stars! It was so much fun! I have had so many fun times with my kids....so many great adventures!! We laughed and drove home soaked and cold with the windows down and the radio blaring and the heater blasting! We tried to sing along....but we are all bad singers!!!

Oh my goodness! Seriously Sylvia, you have got to be the funnest mom!!! No wonder your kids are so adventurous! I love it! I am sad about Shanie going back to school too. I hope she does well with pole vaulting though. She is definitely a talented girl. Your face looks almost sad in the first picture... you are going to miss those kids I think.
i agree with sarah, you seem to be such a fun mom! what a fun memory to have with your kids. :)
