Romantic!
Ya....I did swim in the ocean....in October....and in Oregon (usually cold)! I went running Monday morning on the beach with my swimsuit under my running clothes....had Steve meet me at Haystack Rock after my run and I shed my outer gear and jumped in....wrist watch and all (oops!). It wasn't even cold! I dove into the waves, tried to body surf and crashed into the sand a few times but had so much fun swimming around. Steve videoed me and told me other people were videoing me....'the crazy woman swimming'! I never got cold....even walking back to our hotel wet.

One night, at the pool, we played so hard swimming and then floating around with waggles (sp?). We pretty much had the pool to ourselves. I talked Steve into walking out on the beach....still wet from swimming and the wind was blowing so hard....the sand looked like a running river, it was pretty late at night and no one else was there. I picked up my towel, like a cape and jumped up and really caught some wind....it carried me! Later that night we walked to a nearby restaurant and got dessert! (I almost never eat late at night)
Nothing makes me happier than someone to play with and eat goodies with me!

Wow. It looks amazing! My mom was telling me that you were at the Coast awhile back and I was soo jealous! That is where we went on our honeymoon and I would love to make it back some day! Sounds like you had lots of fun swimming and playing. That is awesome that you and Steve were able to get away together. That is so important in a marriage. =)
